When must an order be processed?

Group orders must be processed through the group sales department via phone or mail 21 days prior to the game selected.

Will you save my date?

Orders are processed on a first come first served basis.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final once payment is made. No refunds or exchanges.

Are children free?

Children under 2 are free as long as they sit on the lap of a guardian.

Do you offer wheelchair accessible seating?

Wheelchair and limited walking seating are available upon request. Please specify any special needs when placing your order.

Can we bring our own food?

Outside food and beverage is not permitted.

How can I pay?

Methods of payment include: Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Checks payable to: Indiana Fever.
