Game Day Instructions — Kroger Ball Exchange (Pregame)
12 participants from your group will get to stand on the court with Fever players during the National Anthem and receive an autographed basketball from a Fever player prior to player introductions!
Instructions —
- Those 12 individuals that are participating in the Kroger Ball Exchange need to arrive 45 minutes prior to tipoff (Example: for 7:00 p.m. games arrive by 6:15 p.m.) There is a kiosk with a Fever Cares Sign above it located by the 3 Elevators after the security check point. We will have staff members waiting at that kiosk for your group. Please have all members of the group arrive together or coordinated to arrive promptly at the times designated above. It is very helpful to have a “point person” who is familiar with all the group members that will be participating in the ball exchange to assist us in identifying everyone in the group. If members of the group are late, then we will proceed without them and pick kids from the crowd to make sure we have 12 kids. We will not be able to have staff members wait for those that are late. And we will not have adults sub in for kids as the experience is for kids.
- Each ball exchange participant needs to have his/her ticket. Parents or chaperones will not be able to accompany children to the Lower Level. We ask that the group have one adult non-participating representative (the “point person” most likely) that assists us with the participants, but any others not taking part must report to their seats or could go to the concourses or Team Store if desired.
- When the participants are taken down to the Lower Level they will be given instructions for the ball exchange. After the ball exchange is concluded our Fever staff will help escort the participants to their seats (explaining why it is important that the participants have their tickets with them).
